A minimum of three free return visits will be made during our period of guarantee. All free visits will be made during normal working
hours.

Travelling time in connection with the collection of materials to carry out the necessary works on behalf of the customer, will be chargeable
and met in full by the customer at the applicable hourly rate charged unless previously agreed.

My Plumber Man Ltd will automatically dispose of any defective parts removed by our engineers during the works unless specifically
requested by the customer to the company office before the commencement of works.

No responsibility will be held for any damage caused to locksmithing or carpentry works.

My plumber Man Ltd shall take every care while carrying out works, however the price does not include renewing flooring or incidental
decoration subsequent upon the proper execution of the work In particular the customer shall be responsible for all floor coverings,
including carpets and lino. It is not always possible to avoid minor damage but My Plumber Man Ltd will make every effort to keep this to
a minimum. My Plumber Man Ltd shall not be responsible for lifting and relaying of hardwood flooring.

In the event of cancellation of agreed works by the customer, handling charges for materials ordered could be incurred, which will be met
by the customer.

My Plumber Man Ltd guarantees that all materials supplied by him will be of merchantable quality and will be fit for the particular
purpose for which they are purchased.

My Plumber Man Ltd will make good any defects due to bad workmanship and repairs or replace any defective materials or goods
supplied provided that any defects are brought to our notice within twelve months.

If any repair alterations, or additions to the equipment, installation and or apparatus this company has worked on is carried out by others
not associated with my My Plumber Man Ltd, this could affect your guarantee.

Any defects or deficiencies found in the existing building or system which require to be attended to for satisfactory completion of the work,
or to satisfy statutory requirement not specifically referred to in the cost shall be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer arranges
for any part or the whole of such work to be carried out by My Plumber Man Ltd it shall be subject to a separate cost or be charged as an
extra on a time and materials basis. In particular in the case of heating work it shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that
all existing flues are in good condition and where necessary for a flue liner to be used that the flue is free from obstruction and properly
swept or cleaned before the insertion of the flue liner.

My Plumber Man Ltd will make good any defects due to bad workmanship and repairs or replace any defective materials or goods
supplied provided that any defects are brought to his notice within twelve months of completion of the work. However this guarantee does
not extend to: any drawings or designs prepared by persons other than the contractor or any suppliers and extra work necessary caused
by defects in such drawings or designs shall be charged as extra under clause 14.

The installation work will be tested during progress and on completion for soundness. Any other tests required by the customer will be
charged for as an extra to the quoted price, unless such tests are definitely specified and included in the quotation.

Any consequential loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any defects in any articles or materials not manufactured by him except
in case of negligence or breach of contract.

My Plumber Man Ltd shall make every endeavour to carry out the work within the period stipulated, or if no period is stipulated within
a reasonable time but shall not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage arising out of any cause beyond his control. Because of
changes in design or modifications by the manufacturers or through lack of availability the contractor may not be able to supply the
equipment originally specified. In such an event he shall be regarded as satisfactorily completing the contract if he supplies with the
agreement of the customer a satisfactory and reasonable alternative item and the price shall be adjusted accordingly.

My Plumber Man Ltd labour charges are hourly units as agreed before commencement of works. Any part of a time unit is charged at the
full unit rate. I.e. if 45 minutes has been worked a charge of one hour will be made and met by the customer.

Any plumbing connection joined or made onto existing lead pipework are not guaranteed in any form until it is such that the lead pipe is
completely replaced with copper or plastic pipework. Where it has been necessary to turn off an existing stopcock to carry out plumbing
repairs or works, My Plumber Man Ltd will not guarantee that existing stopcock, if for any reason it should leak or let water by.

Payment shall become due on the completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed.

These conditions of contract will apply in full to all quotations and work carried out (and) apparatus or equipment supplied by My Plumber
Man Ltd under such quotations except where specifically agreed to in writing to the contrary.

Any making good will be to a builders finish, plasterboard, or wood finish or sand and cement. It does not include painting or decorating.

Any licence, permit or other authority necessary for the execution of the work shall be obtained by the customer. The customer shall also
be responsible for obtaining and retaining any necessary consents, easements and wayleves and for any reinstatement work.

The price quoted is strictly net and is based on current costs of equipment, materials and labour.

It is this company’s policy that the cost of any dishonoured cheque by the company’s bankers is paid by the customer in full. All goods
supplied and installed remain the property of My Plumber Man Ltd until paid in full.

If the customer’s cheque is dishonoured in any way, My Plumber Man Ltd reserves the right to use whatever necessary means to recover
full payment and any costs incurred by this company.
